US! SouthWest Bicycles has been serving the north valley of Phoenix since 1995. The crew at SWB is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable bunch that would most likely be lost without cycling in our lives. It is both our hobby and our livelihood - we probably couldn't do anything else. And it doesn't matter the type of bike you have or are interested in, we just want you to love cycling as much as we do. We work on all makes and models of bikes and sell bikes from top brands like Trek, Electra, Felt, Salsa, Waterford and many more. Lusting after that new DI2 equipped Trek Domane? We can get you fitted and outfitted and on your way with the wind at your back (well, maybe we can't promise the wind at your back, but some wind for sure). Are you more into an adult three wheeler to cruise your neighborhood and pick up some groceries? We've had years of experience selling those as well. We hope you will stop by and chat!
OUR GOAL AND PROMISE At SouthWest Bicycles we have only one goal: For you to LOVE your cycling experience. If for any reason, you don't love your bicycle, please bring it back in good condition within 30 days. We will refit it, adjust it, exchange it, exchange certain components, or refund your money back.
LIFETIME FREE TUNES No, we are not paying for your next music download. But we are making any or all normal adjustments to your new bike purchased from SWB for as long as you own the bike! We will adjust gears and brakes, do minor trueing (straightening) of the wheels, and adjust the hubs, headset and bottom bracket bearings. This is what we do in a $70.00 tune-up and you get it free for life! (Brake bleeds, electronic shifting and electric bike diagnostics are not included. Any parts are extra, along with installation fees. And if you should damage your bike from any kind of neglect, abuse, or crashing; or impacts with potholes, walls, cars, freight trains, or thermonuclear devices, etc, we will charge to fix it.) And, if you would like us to do a more detailed service package on your bike, we will deduct $70.00 from that package.
30 DAY PRICE PROTECTION If you find the same color, size and model of bicycle you purchased from SouthWest Bicycles for less in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area within 30 days of your purchase, please bring a copy of the ad or show us the website containing the item and we will gladly refund the difference after we confirm that the other store has the item in stock.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY All items purchased at SWB may be returned within 30 days of purchase for your choice of an exchange, an account credit or a refund, providing the item is in new condition with like new packaging materials and is accompanied by the cash register sales receipt (which shows the item purchased). All sales are final on special orders.
A GOOD FIT Yes, we certainly hope SouthWest Bicycles will be a good fit for you and your cycling needs. But in this case we are talking about fitting you to your new bicycle. Every new bike purchased from SWB comes with a FREE basic fit: we will help get your seat and handlebar adjusted so that you feel comfortable on your bike, and if you are new to cycling, we will be happy to show you how the gears and brakes work and even how to take the wheels off in case you decide not to purchase a car rack and need to get the bike home in a small vehicle. (That car rack sure makes it easier!) If you are interested in a more complete fit, Jeff is a certified Trek Precision Fit Specialist and will be happy to set up an appointment for you. This is a very comprehensive fit that takes about 2 hours and runs $150.00 for most bikes and $200.00 for aero bikes, parts not included.
OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT Clarke, Mike and Ted, our service techs, can tackle just about any job you need. From a quick flat fix to wheel building or servicing your Fox shocks. Ask around, and you will discover what a great job they do! Flat tires and quick adjustments can usually be done while you wait or go have lunch, other repairs are usually turned around within 1 to 4 days (longer if parts need to be ordered). If you are concerned with getting your bike back by a certain day, just call ahead and we can schedule you in.

FINANCING and LAYAWAYS SWB offers 6 and 12 month same as cash financing through the Trek Credit Card. If approved, you can make your dream bike a reality (up to your credit limit, of course). During the Christmas Holiday Season, we offer 60 day layaways on non-sale merchandise with a 20% down payment.
GIFT CARDS We carry gift cards in any denomination for those that are difficult to shop for or seem to have everything they need. Let them decide!
CONVENIENCE We are just off the 101 and West Bell Road right accross from Arrowhead Mall (actually called Arrowhead Towne Center) in the Target shopping center, next door to JoAnn. We are open every day except holidays and are just a phone call (623-412-3150) or email away to answer any questions.
